Using her exclusive WAVES method, Ms. Dohrman helps students understand the science behind performance anxiety and explore techniques to reduce the effects. Also included will be stretching and breathing exercises to help students maintain healthy practice/performance habits. She will also address students' specific concerns and present stretching and wellness techniques.
