All students must complete the required forms online prior to check in. You will need to have the following information available:

If you open this link on a mobile device, the page will prompt you to add it to your device's homescreen, where it will function just like any other app. From it, you will be able to fill out forms, check schedules, and easily contact the directors with any questions.

2026 Check In
- Sunday, June 7, 2025, 3:00-4:30 p.m.
- Check in will be in the dorm, Eagle Hall. Map to 646 Means Dr, Atlanta, GA 30322. When you arrive, you can park temporarily along Means Drive or Means Circle (in red on the map below), or you can park in the guest parking across Eagle Row next to Dooley's den. Unload your luggage, enter Eagle Hall under the archway (you can see this archway from Means Drive), and follow the signs to check in.
- Once you're checked in, you can drive to the Fishburne parking deck. Be sure to follow the green line on the map to go through the visitor's entrance. From there, your student can walk next door to the Schwartz Center, where we will have a brief welcome and orientation meeting in Emerson Concert Hall.
